Other notes: For trope_bingo, Fusion slot. This was my first attempt at spriting and there are some glaring slips but it'd be really painful to go back and change them, so hopefully I'll edit this with cleaner versions later.

Your name is KATNISS EVERDEEN. You have a CERTAIN NUMBER OF INTERESTS. You like FOOD and make an effort to make every meal INTERESTING OR AT LEAST QUESTIONABLE. The easiest way to do this is to VARY YOUR MEAT SOURCES, which is to say HUNT THEM YOURSELF with your BOW AND ARROW. You have a hard time describing why you like this weapon choice so much, but you LIKE IT A LOT. You like to tell people that you are ENGAGED to your bow, it is just SO COOL. This can make you feel TOO BUSY to do anything, but you always make sure you have time to FIGHT WITH PEOPLE ON THE INTERNET about ECONOMIC POLICIES. It is a particularly good day when you have time after this to SING or SET SOMETHING ON FIRE.



Your name is PEETA MELLARK. You have a VARIETY OF INTERESTS, most of them ARTISTIC. The lack of other models makes you prone to TAKE REQUESTS from ANYONE WHO EVER TALKS TO YOU ONLINE, but you'll abandon ANYTHING you're drawing when the oven timer goes off. For all of your years of DEDICATED BAKING, you have yet to LET ANY LOAF BURN, a fact of which you're very proud. You imagine that the PIGEONS really appreciate that, seeing as you produce TOO MUCH BREAD FOR ANY HUMAN TO CONSUME. Sometimes you SKETCH them as you feed them, but more often you save your PAINTS AND DYES for images that you can REMOTELY HOPE TO CAPTURE, which is mostly FANTASY LANDSCAPES, given that the nearest landscape is A BIT BORING.



Your name is MADGE UNDERSEE. You have a WIDE SPECTRUM OF INTERESTS. You REALLY LIKE BIRDS, but have yet to earn the right to the custody of one. For now you will have to settle for EXTREME BIRD-WATCHING, which is only EXTREME in that it is VERY THOROUGH, and LEARNING VARIOUS BIRD CALLS. Your attempts to EMULATE them are not generally as successful, but if you KEEP TRYING then MAYBE SOMEDAY they can be an excellently-timed addition to some of the MELODIES that you enjoy PLAYING ON THE PIANO. Between SEASONAL ATTEMPTS to GROW STRAWBERRIES, you like to try your hand at MUSIC COMPOSITION and hone your existing skills in STORY-TELLING and CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT. So far you're only comfortable sharing the LATTER OF THESE HOBBIES ONLINE, but you're sure your FRIENDS will like your music when you're ready to share it.



Your name is GALE HAWTHORN. You have a BUNDLE OF INTERESTS. You enjoy LONG WALKS ON THE BEACH and DESTROYING THE GOVERNMENT. Living alone means nobody can stop you from learning THE CLASSICS, so you're well-educated in HISTORY, GOVERNMENT, and MYTHOLOGY, none of which has made you any less CYNICAL. You like to PLAN REVOLUTIONS when you're not busy PROTESTING THE COAL INDUSTRY. I've thought an embarrassingly large amount of this AU through, but in the end the reason I'm sharing any of it is because every THG fusion I've seen is set in Panem or a Panem-like universe. While I can see why the Hunger Games universe is appealing, it seems unfair to the characters.

That said, I do feel shitty about making it Homestuck. This is probably mostly about the reputation that the Homestuck fandom has, and maybe a bit about how Homestuck isn't necessarily that much better in the everybody dies field. (Hey at least this time they're not killed by each other, yeah? And probably get revived by kisses and junk all the time.)

I'm not going to ramble too much about characters I haven't sprited or scenes I haven't written, just in case I do sprite/write anything that's worth showing. But, uh. Some of the decisions here probably do look pretty questionable, so question away.

I thought this descriptions were hilarious, though I don't know Homestuck as well as I know THG. The sprites are fantastic, too.

Thanks! The Homestuck setting wound up bringing in a lot of parody, to the point where I worried that the mood clash would just be insensitive, so I'm glad that you seem to not mind that too much.

Haha, I actually have done.... some things........ but I always thought it'd be something everyone would dismiss as stupid and going-too-far and stuff like that, it's sort of a small miracle that it got posted at all. So I'm pretty happy that I'm getting some positive response here, maybe I'll try to put things together again! (I changed my mind a lot on what I had, though, so (re)making those decisions could take a while.)
